On this page of the website, the term ‘Laser Skin & Body’, or ‘LSB’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website, Laser Skin & Body. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of this website, whether or not a current or prospective or past client of Laser Skin & Body.

By using this website you agree you are subject to the following terms:

  1. We provide no warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.
  2. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk. It is exclusively your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. You acknowledge that the information and materials on this website may contain inaccuracies or errors. We expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Before and After Material

  1. From time to time, LSB may wish to collect and process photographic images, video recordings, audio recordings and written testimonials (collectively referred to as “Material”) from you for the purpose of creating educational and promotional material which, to the extent that such Material contains information about your medical diagnosis and treatment, would be regarded as sensitive data for which your express consent is required.
  2. If you are chosen to participate, you may be required to sign a legal consent form by which you will confirm that the person named in the release notice agrees to the publication of the Material, and acknowledges that this Material may be used for promotional and informational purposes.
  3. If so chosen, you expressly grant LSB the right to:
    1. use the material on its website, in publications for use in its clinics and generally, and in forms including but not limited to media, posters, newsletters, newspapers, catalogues and video collages.
    2. disclose the Material to third parties and media.
  4. You understand LSB may, and has the right to, crop and collage the material with others and understand that the material may be transmitted over the internet.
  5. You agree that by signing the form, you release and forever discharge LSB, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Material, including but not limited to any and all claims relating to and including privacy, defamation, or financial compensation, and you waive all moral rights you may have in the Material.
  6. You acknowledge that once material has been published online, including on social media platforms or third party websites, complete removal may not always be possible.
  7. LSB reserves the right to use approved material for promotional, educational and informational purposes across digital, print and social media platforms unless consent is withdrawn in writing prior to publication.

Gift Cards

  1. LSB may at its complete discretion refuse to sell gift cards to any person at any time for any reason.
  2. You and the recipient of the gift card are subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, transferred to another individual or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
    2. Only the purchaser and the intended recipient of the gift card may use the gift card.
    3. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks at our absolute discretion.
    4. We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card.
    5. The gift card remains at all times the property of LSB.
    6. Gift cards are valid for a minimum period of 3 years from the Date of Issue unless otherwise stated for promotional or complimentary vouchers exempt under applicable Australian Consumer Law. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of LSB.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.
  2. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours in relation to a prepaid treatment or a treatment secured by a deposit, your deposit will be forfeited.
  3. Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable where less than 24 hours notice is provided, however may be transferred to a future appointment at the discretion of Laser Skin & Body.
  4. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on services, treatments, packages, gift cards or prepaid appointments.
  5. Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced or appointment rescheduled at the discretion of the clinic to avoid impacting other appointments.
  6. Any promotional offers, prepaid packages or memberships are subject to their own individual terms and conditions where applicable.
  7. Treatment packages, memberships and prepaid services are non-transferable between individuals unless approved by management.
  8. All pre-paid packages and treatments are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  9. All retail product purchases made through Laser Skin & Body are final and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit once the product has left the clinic premises, unless required under Australian Consumer Law. This includes change of mind purchases, incorrect selection, or adverse reactions where suitability concerns were not disclosed prior to purchase.
  10. Clients are encouraged to consult with our team prior to purchasing to ensure products are appropriate for their skin type, concerns, and treatment plan.
  11. If a product is believed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, notification must be provided to Laser Skin & Body within 7 days of purchase. Any approved resolution will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  12. We may at our absolute discretion waive any aspect of our cancellation policy. In the event you are required to cancel your appointment due to a medical or personal emergency, we will require a medical certificate or such other document evidencing the emergency before we are able to consider waiving our policy. Should we waive our policy, the deposit securing your appointment will be credited to a future appointment.

Memberships & Treatment Wallet

Aglow Memberships

By joining an Aglow Membership with Laser Skin & Body (“LSB”), you agree to the following terms and conditions in addition to our general Terms & Conditions. Memberships are designed to provide clients with ongoing access to treatments, services and exclusive member benefits through recurring weekly or fortnightly payments.

  1. Membership benefits, inclusions and pricing may vary depending on the selected membership tier and may be updated from time to time at the discretion of LSB.
  2. All memberships are subject to a minimum 3 month commitment period from the commencement date unless otherwise stated in writing.
  3. Membership payments are automatically debited via the nominated payment method through our authorised payment provider. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until payments are brought up to date.
  4. Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder unless otherwise approved by management.
  5. Unused membership inclusions, credits or perks do not accumulate indefinitely unless specifically stated and may expire in accordance with the individual membership terms.
  6. Membership credits, discounts and benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or redeemed against previous purchases.
  7. Membership discounts and benefits are valid only while the membership remains active and payments are up to date.
  8. LSB reserves the right to amend membership pricing, inclusions or benefits upon reasonable notice to members. Continued use of the membership after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  9. Clients may request to pause their membership for medical or exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management. Supporting documentation may be required.
  10. Following completion of the minimum commitment period, memberships may continue on an ongoing basis until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
  11. If a membership is cancelled or payments fail, any unused promotional bonuses, discounts or complimentary inclusions attached to the membership may be forfeited.
  12. LSB reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships where there is misuse of benefits, inappropriate behaviour, repeated failed payments or breach of these terms and conditions.
  13. Treatment suitability remains subject to consultation and practitioner assessment at all times. Memberships do not guarantee eligibility for any specific treatment.

Aglow Treatment Wallet

The Aglow Treatment Wallet allows clients to contribute funds toward future treatments and services through recurring or manual payments.

  1. Funds loaded into the wallet remain the property of the account holder and may only be redeemed for eligible treatments, services or products offered by LSB, unless otherwise excluded.
  2. Wallet balances are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not redeemable for refunds except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
  3. Any bonus credits, promotional inclusions or rewards provided by LSB as part of the wallet program are promotional in nature, non-transferable and may expire if unused within the specified timeframe.
  4. Wallet funds may be used toward eligible treatments including cosmetic services where permitted by law and clinic policy, however all treatments remain subject to medical consultation and practitioner approval.
  5. Wallet balances may not be used to purchase gift cards unless otherwise stated.
  6. Recurring wallet contributions are automatically debited via the nominated payment method through our authorised payment provider. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure payment details remain current.
  7. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension of wallet benefits or bonus rewards until the account is brought up to date.
  8. LSB reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Treatment Wallet program, including bonus structures and promotional incentives, at any time upon reasonable notice.
  9. In the event of suspected fraud, misuse, payment disputes or breach of these terms, LSB may suspend access to wallet funds pending investigation.
  10. Clients are responsible for reviewing their wallet balance and transaction history. Any discrepancies must be reported to LSB within a reasonable timeframe.
  11. Wallet funds and associated bonuses may expire if the account remains inactive for an extended period in accordance with applicable laws and promotional conditions.
  12. Participation in the Aglow Membership or Treatment Wallet program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in addition to all other Laser Skin & Body clinic policies and terms of use.
