On this page of the website, the term ‘Laser Skin & Body’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website, Laser Skin & Body. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of this website, whether or not a current or prospective or past client of Laser Skin & Body.

  2. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk. It is exclusively your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. You acknowledge that the information and materials on this website may contain inaccuracies or errors. We expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  3. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes but is not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. ​Before and After Material

  1. From time to time, LSB may wish to collect and process photographic images, video recordings, audio recordings and written testimonials (collectively referred to as “Material”) from you for the purpose of creating educational and promotional material which, to the extent that such Material contains information about your medical diagnosis and treatment, would be regarded as sensitive data for which your express consent is required.
  2. If you are chosen to participate, you may be required to sign a legal consent form by which you will confirm that the person named in the release notice agrees to the publication of the Material, and acknowledges that this Material may be used for promotional and informational purposes.
  3. If so chosen, you expressly grant LSB the right to:
    1. use the material on its website, in publications for use in its clinics and generally, and in forms including but not limited to media, posters, newsletters, newspapers, catalogues and video collages.
    2. disclose the Material to third parties and media.
  4. You understand LSB may, and has the right to, crop and collage the material with others and understand that the material may be transmitted over the internet.
  5. You agree that by signing the form, you release and forever discharge LSB, its agents, officers and employees, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Material, including but not limited to any and all claims relating to and including privacy, defamation, or financial compensation, and you waive all moral rights you may have in the Material.

​Gift Cards

  1. LSB may at its complete discretion refuse to sell gifts cards to any person at any time for any reason.
  2. You and the recipient of the gift card are subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
    2. Only the purchaser and the intended recipient of the gift card may use the gift card.
    3. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.
    4. We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card.
    5. The gift card remains at all times the property of LSB.
    6. Gifts cards are valid for one year from the Date of Issue. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of LSB.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.
  2. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours in relation to a prepaid treatment or a treatment secured by a deposit, your deposit will be forfeited.
  3. We do not offer Refunds for change of mind.
  4. Full payment must be made at the time of booking for any promotional offers, in particular with respect to (but not limited to) treatment packages.​
  5. Treatments are not transferable to other individuals.
  6. All pre-paid packages and treatments are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  7. We may at our absolute discretion waive any aspect of our cancellation policy.  In the event you are required to cancel your appointment due to a medical or personal emergency, we will require a medical certificate or such other document evidencing the emergency before we are able to consider waiving our policy.  Should we waive our policy, the deposit securing your appointment will be credited to a future appointment.
